We created this wheel using our own cuppings to display this coffee’s flavor profile. The closer to the outside of the circle, the higher the coffee scores in that flavor category.
About the Origin
This coffee is grown in the southern mountainous regions of Guatemala. The cooperative this coffee comes from represents over 1,900 small farmers who depend on agricultural production for their livelihoods. To prepare coffee cherries for export, farmers sort, pulp, and dry the fruit. They are then moved to a warehouse where they are dry milled and stored in parchment before being exported.
