This Fair Trade Organic Certified Nicaraguan coffee is a well-balanced dark roast with medium body. With smoky notes characteristic of a strong dark roast, it has oaky undertones, a rich, smooth finish, and prolonged notes of cacao. This would be an excellent coffee to pair with a rich, sweet dessert.
