White espresso is in its own category! It’s roasted much less than regular coffee – it is dropped before first crack occurs in the roaster. This results in a dense, earthy coffee with strong flavors of oat and peanut. It’s less bitter and generally higher in caffeine content than regular coffee. The color is dark yellow. It is best used in a latte. This should only be used to pull espresso shots. Drip, Pour Over, or French Press methods are not suitable for this coffee.

 

Due to the density of the beans, it can wear down home grinders. We’ll grind it for you on our commercial grinders!
